Modify Task Collections
To modify an existing task collection:
- In the "Manage" page of the Administration Panel, click the Manage Task Collections window.
- Select an existing role in the "Systems and Tasks" pane.
- Select the directory type container and modify the task rights as required.
- Click the Save button to save changes.
- In the "Manage" page click the Apply New Settings button to enforce the changes to the task collection(s).
Modify Task Collection Assignments
To modify an existing assignment:
- In the "Groups" pane of the "Manage" page in the Administration Panel, double-click the group object that needs a modification.
- You can change any of the following:
- if the Task Collection is incorrect, use the drop-down button to select the correct one.
- add or remove search contexts as required. If a search context is not correct, remove it and add a replacement.
- Click the Save button to preserve the changes.
- In the "Manage" page click the Apply New Settings button to enforce the changes to the task collection(s).
